To repaint cabinet doors, you don’t need to take them out. If you aren’t going to replace them, you can leave them on the hinges. It is much easier to paint the cabinet’s exterior with the doors removed. To keep the hinges as they are, you can either paint them to match the cabinets or mask the doors with painter’s tape.
